Testosterone Still Working Well

Another update regarding the testosterone supplementation and psoriasis — it’s still working well.

I’ve seen about a 70% decrease in my psoriasis patches since I’ve been doing the testosterone gel every other day. I’m not sure if the psoriasis decrease is due to the increase in testosterone levels or the decrease in the prolactin levels, but I am happy to see any improvement at all.

If you have moderate to severe psoriasis, I would recommend that you get your blood tested for all of the common hormone levels, red cell count, white cell count, etc. to try to locate some type of imbalance that can be treated which may in turn improve your psoriasis.

Right now in the US, we’re right in the middle of winter as well, so any improvement I see is very good news since I would normally be getting worse by the week right now due to lack of sunlight, outdoor activity and the extra dry air that comes with forced air heating in the winter months.

I’m excited to get back to mowing the lawn and doing yardwork to check out the combination of more sunlight and increased testosterone!
